It makes me wonder how many more cops there are that cheer on vigilante murderers and prejudge all black people. It's beyond obvious here that we have a problem with racist cops. Does his department approve? Is this disregard for law and order rampant in his department? The way I see it his chief is either unaware or complicit. Either way politicians will need to step in to correct it as the system obviously fails to police itself.
