All right ladies and gentlemen. Let me start by saying I'm a fresh face to the forum. With that being said my knowledge of this forum is limited I'll learn more as I go on. So if there is already a thread that had been started that deals with this topic DON'T try to jump down my throat and ***** saying I should search harder next time. That kind of behavior is what ruins forums and threads. Now to the case in point. Like I said I didn't see a thread but there may already be one on here that goes threw and talks about experiences of individuals at the dealerships near around them. I know this could be met with a who cares I already have my dealership and I'm not straying attitude but for people who tour or people who move or even better someone who is looking at buying their first victory this could be helpful. All you have to do is name the dealership you went to (the address would help a bit as well) and jot down a bit about your experience with the staff their selection and knowledge of the product they are selling. Lets go ahead and give a star rating 1 to 5. 1 being the worst possible and 5 being the best possible IF YOU ARE A DEALERSHIP AND YOU SEE YOUR REVIEW DO NOT START TRYING TO DEFEND YOURSELF AND WASTE SPACE. INSTEAD LOOK AT WHAT WAS SAID DON'T GET BUTT HURT AND TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM THE CUSTOMER HAD WHEN THEY VISITED!! I'll start with the two dealerships I have myself visited. first dealership HK MOTORSPORTS 1354 Hooksett rd, Hooksett NH 03106 This was the 1st dealership I went to when I saw a highball. The first time me and a friend walked in was to get a oil change kit for his 8 ball. This is when I first talked to a salesmen he was your average fast talking how can I get you on this today kinda sales person. He didn't know much about the bike aside that he claimed they had only sold one other one and didn't expect to see another one on the floor after this one for quit awhile. He then asked what I was riding at the time. I said i have a chopped xs at the moment and he went on to talk about reliability and what not and how it would end up leaving me stranded and how i don't wanna go for long rides on a hard tail. this was the start of me getting irritated. when i was leaving he made a remark about how i better carry tools with me when i ride the bike I built from the ground up. big mistake if you want someones business you do not get it by insulting them and things they take pride in. For the record my xs is a solid build and I would ride it from shore to shore without a single worry of it dying on me and stranding me. Anyway we left and I sat and thought about the high ball did my research and went back for a second time to look into the bike more. This time not a single sales person approached me for a good 15-20 mins. this time a different sales person came up to me. He didn't seem to want to talk to me or answer my questions on the bike until i said i was looking to buy it then and there. at that point he got a little bit more friendly but not to much. it seemed like ever question i had he could not answer and had to go talk to service or parts to get a answer for me. he then let me know besides the high ball in front of me the dealership has sold at least 5 others that he knew of. so not only did the first salesperson insult me he also lied to me. I got tired of dealing with the staff so I asked what the price was and the answer was 14,000 for the bike bone stock no add ons nothing. Needless to say I walked away at that point. Besides the stock they keep on bikes I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Victory new or used. Go in get your parts and get out is my two cents on them. The sales staff is unknowlageble on the product they carry and tend to be a bit unfriendly. Again this is just what my experience was. They get one star in my rating Second dealership LITTLETON MOTORSPORTS 513 Union Street Littleton NH http://www.facebook.com/pages/Littleton-MotorSports/139877389426968 This is the dealership I ended up traveling over 100 miles aways to go pick up my High ball. I started by looking for a different dealership before I committed to getting a harley bagger. I found them on line noticed a ad for a highball and gave em a ring as soon as they opened up shop for the day. Sure enough they had the high ball still. I was informed by the man on the phone that he could sell me the bike for 14,339. Now that price tag included stage one swept pipes (not X-bows actual swept pipes) a tune and a high flow air filter and that was out the door with 20 day temp plate and all fees added in. right then and their I said hold the bike I'm heading up their now. and i asked who i was talking to so i could get the same sales person and keep that price. the man on the phone told me his name and let me know he actually was the owner of the dealership. when i arrived i was greeted with a smile and not rushed into the paper work offered to test ride some bikes and make sure that was the one i wanted. i said thanks but that ones mine i don't need to test ride it or any other bike thats the only one i have interest in. he had answers for all my questions without hesitation and was a really upfront and stand up guy. they even had a black lab sitting in a office hanging out with them. it is a family type shop for sure. long story short I now own my first Victory it's a high ball i love it and i will go back to the dealer ship over 100 miles any day. I'm actually supposed to go their Saturday with my buddy who wants a new Victory and I cant wait. This dealership gets a full 5 star from me. The staff was friendly knew what they were talking about and had a great inventory of bikes on hand including the new Judge. i would recommend this shop to anyone looking for service to buy a bike or a place for parts.
