I've had a number of large baggers. This High Ball is not a bagger and for good reason. I test rode the 2012 Cross Country yesterday at my dealer. It's very nice, would make a great touring or two up bike but not for me. I do not like wind buffeting and that short windshield would need to be pitched right away. The plastic on baggers is something I'm just not interested in any more, too much with the fairing, bags, windshields, gosh I hate windshields. I'm very glad I chose the High Ball but it's not a bike for guys who want to travel on touring trips unless you set it up for that or for two up riding long distance but still it's a great traveler.

Sold everything else. Running High Ball only. Will add some custom bags though for another road trip in the Spring when my boy can ride his street bike with me.

If Obama doesn't crash this economy completely (by design) in 2012 I may look to acquire a new Cross Country tour. However, I'm not holding out hope on that Obama thing. It's all headed down boys.
