I can not confirm or deny that I rode The Vic Shop's Octane on a recent visit lol. The one above is a customer's. The Vic Shop's has aftermarket intake, pipes, and a custom programmed ecu. What I will verify is that there's a lot left in this motor. Not sure it will ever realistically be up there in the S1000RR class, but with a few simple mods the bike is too powerful for the stock rubber. Both first and second would get squirly quick if the rider wasn't good and diligent with throttle control. There's a lot of potential with this platform, I'm looking forward to seeing what else is developed for it.
