Whatever name you give her I wouldn't want her behind me.

While I love dooshes getting hammered when they deserve it, I question the legality of issuing a citation to someone that committed an infraction NOT in the officer's presence, unless the crimes cited were misdemeanors. Weird.

I'm surprised (pleasantly) the cop went after her. Dude was a tad whiney but she was a "doooooosh" nozzle. No demerits for the rider at all.

Yeah, that could have gone really bad. Imagine if this Bisch tried this with someone who had a getback whip.... Imagine if the Bish was one of those that just decided he was going down... I don't fight those battles anymore; it aint worth it. I just let 'em go. It was nice to see dumb Bish get the ticket tho!

Well, I don't know what that particular jurisdiction allows for ticketing the offender but up here in Canada, and likely stateside too, as long as the complainant is willing to testify in court, a ticket can be issued. The cop may be called but only to state he was dispatched or flagged down, got the go ahead from the complainant to issue a ticket and did so. It's then a he said, she said situation and the judge has to decide if there's any reasonable doubt to dismiss the charge or issue a finding of guilt.

All too many people phone in traffic complaints and want a ticket issued. But when asked if they are willing to appear and give their side of the story, they get cold feet and hang up.

Getback whips. A good way to get killed, depending on who's behind the wheel. Two tons of car vs. motorcycle. Kiss your butt goodbye.

Oh no, not the dreaded get back whip! There's just no defense against that formidable weapon when you're sitting in a 4000 pound car!

If I sling something it won't be a dog leash... it'll be a magazine full of 230 grain flying astrays.

Very typical for the north east tri-state area..
NOT IN FRONT OF ME!! Attitude...You have to see them at the coffee lines in the morning... everybody has that..Don't you know who I am attitude.. and I'm like.. NO, AND I DON'T GIVE A F#©k.. I wanna put the powder on my hand and PIMP slap some people off their feet..!!

I'm going to go with the car driver, and anyone who feels the need to make fun of a fellow rider for the way he dresses. Plenty of dooshyness all around.
Gee, Bob, I thought people from the corn belt had a little thicker skin. No sense of humor, for sure, but a little less whiny.

I guess you showed me.

Just a normal everyday trip for me in the uk normaly caused by people pissing about with there phones or something else that's more important than me living.
There other trick is trying to last minute to cut you off when filtering through traffic (filtering is legal in the uk) yes on purpose others will make a gap for you then the ass normaly driving a BMW or Audi will swing out to shut the gap just as you get there.

My point exactly, boys. But in the heat of moment you just don't know. The fact that this situation can come down to the use of weaponry is ludicrous. You gotta let it go, man. There are more important things to consider, like your families, your freedom, your life... and even the life of the Bish.

I would have just let her in. How stupid is the battle to be ONE car farther ahead? I refuse to engage in it. If you want to be in front of me that badly, go right ahead.

The thing is... if she was looking ahead and not living life in a 50' long box, she would realize that neither of them was going anywhere... are you in a hurry to be stuck behind a truck on a single lane road? They're both idiots.

We do have thicker skin, when we dish it out we can also take it lol :) I guess prople from the Bay Area are a little more sensative?

I think that's thsensative. ....... I've done it a hundred times. Drive my drive, take my time: some idiot kills himself to go around me. Next light I stop 2 car lengths ahead of him. Go figgure.

Just an example of how things can innocently escalate:

While on vacation last week a driver came from the right and cut me off. I blew it off. He started slowing down. I thought he was turning left so I went around him (4 lane road). Somehow he got pissed about that and sped up in the median to tell me how he felt about it. He even got out of his car at one point just because he just had to get it all out. Of course, I shared my opinion with him until traffic began moving again. He did a u-turn, presumably to go back to the parking lot he was turning into to begin with.

This was about the nicest I ever treated a road rager. There was a day when this would have been two road ragers and a fight in the middle of the road. It's great this MCist was able to flag down a cop. Either one of these two could have flipped a switch without notice.
