I believe what you are wanting is different cams to give your bike a nice lope. I am not aware of any cams for the Octane but then again I have not really been looking for any.
I know that Lloydz is or was working on a lope kit for the bigger Vics. Its in this thread. Llyodz Lope Kit
Im not sure what it includes but it is said work with a stock bike. Now again being an Octane you are dealing with I have no idea if one will ever be available for it.
I don't believe you want to mess with your bikes idle to get a lope like sound as that will not give you the performance your bike should be delivering.

The ECM controls the idle so your out of luck
