hi friends
Mal here from across the pond.
Had my XC for a year now... lovin the power, lovin the style.
But not loving the harsh power delivery... hard accelerating or slowing with engine braking is a bit lurchy, sometimes with a clack.
So as I'm riding her to France in 2 weeks, I thought I'd check the pulleys.
Rear pulley is grubby but ok. No sign of cracks or anything terrible.
Jacked up the bike tonight with the idea of taking the front belt/pulley cover off to inspect the front pulley.
Looks like an exhaust off job.... is that the case? If so is it hard? Do I need new crush washers to refit it?
Any advice gratefully received.... so few owners in the uk, so hoping you guys can help.
Thank you
