Hello everyone.

I was registered as TrevorWantsAVision (username) before but could not figure out how to sign in after email change, moving, etc.

My wife & I have matching 2008 VVs. I am looking to get some heated clothing to add to the pleasure of the heated seat & grips to get a longer riding seaon in if this snow ever melts and the winter ever ends.

Anyone running heated gear? What are you using and what is your feedback? I am in King City Ontario and wondering where you got it from.

I have been using Tourmaster Synergy stuff for year. The liners come with everything you need where as the other companies you need to buy the controller and wiring seperate.

i use gerbings jacket and gloves. Love the gear and life time warranty on heating elements. I've had it for 6+ years. its the micro stuff and heats fast and is very flexible

Yes very, I just bought another because i"ve outgrown the last one

Layers starting with thermal underwear have worked for me but heated gloves I think would be well worth while. Good thick thermal hiking socks also might help. Warm fingers and toes as well as keeping dry along with the wind protection that the vision should keep you comfortable. One other item I wear is a scarf to keep the wind out from the back of the neck and warm.
Be interested to read how you go if you get some heated gear.
