The XC and XCT one is what you want. It contains the Magnum info including the wiring diagrams which state Magnum on them. Your dealer can order you one or you can order it direct from Victory.
Magnums are not in the 2013 service manual.

Every other bike I've ever owned, I could download a copy for around $25 give or take. I prefer electronic copies because I can load them on my phone. Lets face it, the majority of the time you really need to look something up, you are not at home! Also, with the electronic copy, I can print the pages I need for the task at hand and I don't have to worry if my hands are clean when flipping pages. If it gets too grungy, just print off a new copy.

To confirm. I bought the Victory heated grips and the directions had me use the black and blue/pink wire (in the first close up picture) to wire them.
Did you have to install a fuse or anything else to make your heated grips work or were they simply plug and play using only those two connectors? The reason I ask is because I'm looking for a keyed power source. I know I will not be installing heated grips, so that blue w/pink tracer wire would be perfect for what I need, but when I used my test light, it didn't have power to it.

No fuse. Was directly plug and play. Only works with the bike on, so ought to be perfect for your switched source...

I've checked it multiple times. No power. Was starting to wonder if my test light was bad. Checked the headlight plug. Test light works. Can't figure out why there is no power to the blue w/pink wire.

Check the fuse box to see if the fuse was removed as if it wasnt a factory install the fuse may not be in that specific spot. Could be a relay for that circuit as well. Just check the owners manual for normal location of that circuit. I don't have my manual with me currently.

Nothing in the owners manual for it. There is no mention of a fuse or relay for the heated grips. I checked the fuse box also. There is only the major fuses there like lighting, chassis, engine, etc. Only place I haven't checked is under the plastic flap in front of the motor / behind the battery. The owners manual says there is an accessory fuse there on some models.

Only thing I can come up with is that the blue with pink wire only gets power once the heated grip switch is installed. If that is the case, there should be another empty plug supplying power to the switch somewhere in there. I haven't found it yet if it is there. Already have my stereo and amp installed and wired up. Not looking forward to pulling it apart to hunt for a plug / power wire that may not be back there. Anyone have any suggestions?

I just need a power wire to connect to the signal wire on the amp. I tested it with the original speaker plugs and it worked, so I may just cut the positive from the left OEM speaker connection and use it. The amp has a "sensing" setting that is suppose to turn the amp on when power comes in from the stereo. It doesn't work, so I'm thinking it is looking for an amplified signal but I'm using the pre-outs. Anyone see an issue with hooking it up this way?

Thanks!

Wish I could help bud. Keep us posted with your progress please. What stereo are you going with?

Add the Arc Audio 600.4 amp, 602 speakers up front and 692 speakers in the lids. All Arc Audio.

Unless someone knows of a reason why I shouldn't, I'm probably going to cut and use the positive wire from the left OEM speaker connection for the signal wire.

^^^^ Don't use the positive speaker wire for a signal wire! ^^^^

The factory stereo doesn't like it. It cut power to the left outputs about 2 or 3 miles into my ride. Now I am using the green w/pink tracer wire from the rear factory plug as a keyed power source for the signal wire on the amp. Planning to test ride it tomorrow to make sure that was the issue. I'll post pictures in the am before I put all the tins back on.

Heading out on a ride now. 75 and sunny!!! Here are the pics of the keyed power source I tapped into. If you can find the pins for this plug, the top row on the male side is empty. I looked a little on digikey and couldn't find them. I just spliced into it above the female connector.

Brought the blue wire up to the fairing an connected it to the signal wire on the amp (orange).

I had to turn the speaker connector 90 degrees and run it up and down between the PCV and the other plug in order to get the side panel back on. Not much extra room behind that panel.

Almost 6 hour ride and the stereo preformed flawlessly. I guess that speaker wire was the issue after all.

We had a great ride on the Magnum today. Rode all over the country side. It was so nice to get a good long ride in!!! Rain started moving in, so we didn't make it out to the mountains. Got a little damp starting about 15 minutes from home. I guess that is to be expected when you hit almost 80 degrees in February!

Seems on my Cross Roads the blue wire with pink stripe was only hot with the kill switch and key on. Kill switch off, no power. Not sure if you've checked it that way but that may be the issue.

No, I didn't try the flipping the kill switch. I'll try it next time I'm in the fairing. Might come in handy for future mods if that works. Thanks!

Bingo. Installing heat demon internal grips. Had no power to blue wire pink stripe. Turn on the key and kill switch and bingo heated grips work. Thank you thank you thank you.

Maybe I'm not understanding what is being said, but it sounds like the only time the heated grips can be operated is when the kill switch is "on" along with the key. I'm think the kill switch being "on" means the engine is killed (bike won't run).

Correct my thinking if I'm not understanding what is being said.

What they are meaning is that the kill switch has to be set to "run" with the key on in order to get power to the blue wire with pink stripe in the fairing.
