I had to let my vegas sit for a year and 1/2.
After 3 months I tried to start it up, but no luck. Dead battery.
I purchased a battery, put it on and connected it to a YUASA trickle charger.
After a year I put the bike in the shop and got it all nice and ready.
So the day I picked it up from the shop I did a little 150 mile ride.
Parked it in the garage without the charger. Next day did a 70 mile ride no problems.
3 days later (without charger) I went in to the garage and it would not kick over.
When I tried to start it, there were clicking noises (like a starter issue).
Put the charger on it for about 1 hour and tried it again. This time it kicked over.
So what do y'all think or know from experience.
