Not me, personally. (I have Motolights, moved from a prior bike. And they're more for day-time conspicuity -- being seen -- than for seeing.)

However, I can offer a suggestion: go to webBikeWorld's Lights page -- Motorcycle Lighting Reviews - LED Light Reviews - Headlight Modulators - webBikeWorld -- and read some of the reviews in that top section, "Motorcycle Auxiliary Front Light Reviews."

If there's a more thorough collection of detailed high-quality lighting reviews, I'm unaware of it. In particular, you may want to pay particular attention to the Clearwater "Erica" review, Clearwater Erica Lights Review - webBikeWorld ; lots of night-time comparison photos in that review of a long-throw light add-on.

Warning: you may gag when you get to the price at the bottom, but sometimes you have to pay to play, especially if you really want good stuff. As I've said in the past, that kind of thing doesn't frighten me -- it's all in an individual's priorities. Plenty of folks pay that kind of money for a new exhaust system (which may or may not add just a very few HP), or engine work, or whatever, and here you're talking about helping to avoid potential critter accidents.

I have these lights - 3500LM Cree Led Light x2+Switch - 2allbuyer
Komy Kwan sells these and stands behind his stuff.. He has videos on the light they display on Youtube. Just search on his name.

They are very bright and illuminate far down the road. CREE LEDs don't consume much power.

Wow!! I am impressed with the video!! Very bright and crisp clear!! The price is a steal for that kind of output!!

Had to do same on my Kingpin, so found and installed the PIAA 005 Xtreme White Light kit (with the bracket mount for the highway bars), very very pleased, lights up the dark roads like you would not beleive (and the light color was almost what my HID headlight was).
Page on the PIAA site here, i think I found mine on Amazon (withthe bracket)
PIAA | 005 XTreme White Long Range Driving Halogen Lamp Kit #73052

When got my 14 Crossroads last year, had the factory driving lights, so i swapped out all of the lighbulbs (main headlight and hi beam) with the PIAA XTreme White bulbs in there, noticeable difference (brighter, whither, and farther illumination..)

I have the Clearwaters (they were on my bike when i bought it). I will say this, those lights, when turned up, are absolutely amazing. I have a GMC Sierra 2500 HD. 6000k HIDs in the highs, lows, and fogs. also 2 Rigid 7" light bars on my brush guard. I swear my bike lights up back roads better than my truck. You get what you pay for.

Hello All, I have the Clearwater Krista on my CC and they are bright and look awesome on the bike. They are expensive however well worth it in my opinion. Made in the US and the people at Clearwater are superb to deal with. That is all ride safe.
