Interesting....
I can find criminal elements and local police, state police, federal police, corrupted politicians, and we could also Add lawyers judges public officials....
No matter where you look we find fault in ourselves certain percentages are deviance in society...police military and even teachers.....still doesn't make the whole group a criminal element.
In the state of Connecticut there are more MC clubs than anywhere else in the United States.....and I can tell you they are very respectful and decent honest people who would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it.....i'm happy to say I call that family!!!

To me a gangbanger is selling drugs at the corner and shooting anybody he disagrees with in broad daylight, A gangbanger is someone who indiscriminately shoots down range & misses his target ....and kills 12 civilians that had nothing to do with his problem.
But then again I grew up in the hood and that might skew my optics.

Gangbangers never want to admit they're gang bangers. Beating another man because of a patch he wore while riding on some street has nothing to do with respect or your house. The "public" is not your house, I owe no gang any courtesy of bending to their self imposed rules they call respect. That's gang life plain and simple. It's not brotherhood, it's not decency, honor, or being a man. Being those things means doing the exact opposite of what biker gangs, drug gangs, or any other terrorist organization does. An honest decent and honorable man never tries to force someone to bend to his rules and try and call that respect.

OK if you say so, and trust me I'm not criticizing you , i'm just not seeing what you're saying when it comes to the reasons why men fight....I can only speak from experience being a white man growing up in a put dominantly black neighborhood.
I could come and go as I please without an issue because I understood what was respect.....it's when you stop showing respect that problems happen...

I agree that there are bad people in every group. BTW, you forgot clergy.
The difference that makes a group a gang is that the majority of it are involved in the crimes the commit.

Falls under organized crime. No matter if you never put your hands on the crime (whatever that may be). If you do anything that aids the club and present yourself as a member you are part of the whole and therefore a member of a the gang. You could be a look out, security, distraction, or whatever.

The only Mc's that are proven to be gangs are the ones that were prosecuted successfully with Rico.
At some point the Federal Government may deem that it also includes the ones that negotiate permission with the gangs to exist. Even police MC's that submit to the gangs authority in order to fly their colors may be considered gangs. After all if you're getting a gangs permission to exist then you are in some way a small part of it's organization.
The only way around it I can see is for a new independent MC to be created outside the "normal" approval process and then it's just a Motorcycle Club. A fresh start.

Those guys are just misunderstood and the pu$$y 99% don't have a clue about what it's about with their teddy bear runs and such. Oh wait, there is a gang.....each and every law man in the country.. You want to Pin all MC as being a criminal enterprise.....but you were expecting the rest of us to gloss over the reality.
There is always going to be no matter where you look a few bad apples . It's because all organizations are made up of society....just trying to show statistical probability will surface and all organizations,

My issue is regardless who...what...why...having a "fight"...."misunderstanding "...."disagreement"...surrounded by civilians...is reckless...
