I haven't clicked on those in a very long time. They looked ripe for political thread jacking and I've tried to keep politics where it belongs so I stayed out of them. But yeah it is a big time b*tch whiner move to threaten to leave then not leave but whine more.

The VOG does not stand for hate. There are other forums and websites out there for that. Personally, I'm OK if the people whining about those threads being closed leave. But don't bother us with more whining and empty threats. LEAVE.
People should be coming here for advice and tips to get the best out of an extraordinary bike that is no longer made. That's who the advertisers are looking for and is the ultimate purpose of this forum.

I stand with the administrators on this. Good for them for taking a stand to make this forum a better place.

Yes and no. Him and Boohoojee have bantered before. Why? Because the non cop part of that discussion whips out the race card in EVERY CONVERSATION no matter what it is. You think Veebs is really racist? He's not. But as long as he has to deal with idiots like that and be accused..why not give them what they want?

I'm pretty much with you on that Bujee. But these places get very personal and some real friends are made. Any topic should be allowed. When things get out of hand and the admins don't like it just shut the thread down. It's their site. Eventually the guys on here will learn the limits and live with it or leave.
The admins can't read everything so to keep a discussion going we have to police ourselves.

What I saw right here, today, in this thread was a cop from Houston who has previously applauded vigilante murder...make a blatantly racist statement prejudging all black people. Downright inexcusable behavior from anyone, especially a cop, especially in the times we're in.

I can see from your responses, you have come to the conclusion you don't like Bujee1. That's fine, nobody is saying you have to. That's no excuse. If you don't like him, if the racist cop doesn't like him, so be it. To use that as an excuse for your own, or the cops own bad behavior is to not accept personal responsibility. Just because you don't like him, don't like his posts, don't like whatever...that doesn't give you or the cop license to suspend the rules of honor and integrity. All I said was some people are simply provoked. You come live in Chicago or Houston. Criminals get away with murder daily. A good population on America seriously doesn't give a rats was about some serial felon getting shot anymore. You live with this crap and see it every day you may change your mind.

I just find it funny that they lock two threads that bring this place a ton of traffic.

It seems my humor is what got my Cop Corner locked. One little joke about a criminal being shot....for being a criminal......and lock the door and turn off the lights. We wouldn't want to insult any criminals or their sympathizers.
