The 2012 Top 100 Awards competition is sponsored by American Express OPEN. Thirty-five states and one Canadian province are represented in this year's Top 100. States with the highest number of winning dealerships are Texas, with eight dealers, and Missouri, North Carolina and Ohio, each with six. Illinois and Pennsylvania each have five Top 100 Dealers this year. A list of the 2011 Top 100 Dealers is provided below. The powersports industry will come together for a luncheon banquet on Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, in Indianapolis to honor the Top 100 Class of 2012. The Awards Ceremony will reveal the 2012 Dealer of the Year, the Merit Award winners and other special recognitions. The awards luncheon is an invitation-only event. The 2012 Top 100 Dealers will be showcased in a three-day gallery exhibit during the 45th Annual Dealernews International Powersports Dealer Expo and the inaugural American V-Twin Dealer Show, to be held Feb. 17-19 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. This year's winners also will be commemorated in the 2012 Top 100 Yearbook, to be published in March by Dealernews, and in an online gallery starting in March at www.dealernews.com. South Texas Suzuki got 37000 votes. She went out to all the bike groups online and gave them the link asking them to vote for them for the contest. Most voting had never even ridden past their shop. Its a matter of what office manager gets the most social media people to vote the most times.dsjr70 said:
