Our phones are down at work so out of boredom and curiousity I decided to look to see how many members have a picture of themselves as their avatar.
In the 1st 100 pages I counted 169. That is 14%.
To average thisfigure over the approximate 3000 members this would lead me to estimate that 420 of us do this most shameful act. That's a lot of chastising that will have to be done as so many of us need to be.... corrected.
I think the background of the site should be Andy's face, and the home page slideshow should also feature a minimum of 20% of his pics.

Look, I think this site has been livelier these past few days. Why?? Yes I have been giving Andy **** about his picture. And yes I do think it's strange that a grown man plasters his mug on his internet site, and yes I think that we should keep the discussions about MC, and yes ALL MFG.
I don't know Andy, he must be a stand up guy for doing all this. I am just trying to have a little fun. No intentions of hurting no one. Heck I an overweight old man that's semi retired. I have been friggen serious my whole life in business. Make fun of me, as long as it makes me smile I don't care. I actually think that this site could do very well, just trying to help it along in my fat bastered way.
