Placed a couple orders a few weeks ago. Everything was supposedly "in stock". One order was for a couple of replacement cheese wedges, and a couple other small parts. The other order (also, in stock) was a Digital Guard Dawg keyless ignition.
Took a few weeks for the ignition to come in, because it was outta stock, which is fine. The wedges were also outta stock. When they did finally send them, they were two completely different wedges (one with stainless trim, the other without).
When I called and asked for the correct wedge (they had in stock and were supposed to send out to me), they asked me to send the other back, which was delivered to them last FRIDAY. I call today (Thursday), and they are out of stock again.
Ah, well... I decided to just send the other one back. They said they'll refund everything when they get the one I have back. I simply asked for them to credit my card for the one they already received, and then do the other when they get it.
Of course, their internet is "down" so they can't send out a return shipping label.
*shakes head* Need to find another option, I suppose.

Sorry to hear, for me, 3 different orders this week, got everyone the next day. This is not typical WD service

I haven't had very good experiences with WD either....in fact I won't order from the company unless its something I need and absolutely can not get anywhere else.

I was just at WD today( I'm about fifteen miles away) to pick up what I was told would be in by now. Backordered til May. Everything's fine. When pooplaris announced it everyone and I mean everyone went ape and started buying all kinds of stuff. Some manufacturers were caught off guard by the influx of orders and the pipeline is a little slow til they catch up. I started going there when he was in that garage behind the house. Their warehouse is not all that big but does a lot of business and they carry a lot from other mfgs. Keep the faith, it's working out.

Never had a bad experience. All orders confirmed same day or next business day by email. Parts arrived in 1-2 days as ordered. Jon sponsors Victory events and rallies, and has a nice brick and mortar location. Not sure why people feel the need to run down one of the best aftermarket suppliers in the Victory universe. His "do it yourself" videos are a lasting legacy by themselves. He is a vendor for many other manufactures, and can't control there parts availability.

I believe when given the opportunity to make things right he always has. Some people would complain about a B#@W Job??? Sorry if you have not had a favorable experience. I believe the VAST majority have had a good experience and would give Jon and his staff the benefit of the doubt.

That's really odd... i think you'll find a lot of the same replies. Even when I've ordered parts that are out of stock i've recieved phone calls to confirm and let me know the situation. I think that with the combined R&D and how-to videos they do ... we're pretty lucky to have them as a vendor.

Anything is possible, i guess... I hope they make it right.

I have made a few orders and never a problem will always go to them first,.I have never had service so good
