Hello VOG!
Soon to be XC Owner. Coming from the land of Japenese to the land of real bikes
I've scouted some of the bikes posted on this site and Oly Crap Batman, confirms the decision to go with VICTORY!!
Tapping the experience and knowledge of the members here on this site...anything to be aware of when scouting the XC's?

The XC's with the forged bars have a lot of wind management problems. I encourage you to test drive a couple (with and without forged bars) to see if it affects you as well. Also, the short windshield often causes buffeting and many people have tried the flip (with mixed success) as well as the Madstad brackets (which more people seem to have success with.)

Otherwise the XC is a fantastic bike. Comfort is high, lots of storage, performance is usually considered above expecations. I love mine and hope to love it more when I get the wind figured out.

Welcome ! you need to look at the CCT IMHO it is a better value, it comes with alot more like heated grips , heated seat, tour pack ( if you decide to go on a long trip ) and it is removable, I pod hook up, wind lowers and more, I put a Wind Vest shield on mine and it works great. I really love my CCT.
All the cross bike are great!!!! All Victory bikes are great . Ride them all and then make up your mind.
