Is it normal for the lo oil to briefly flash when turning on the ignition? Thanks

That's not low oil level... that's low OIL PRESSURE. When the engine is not running and the ignition is on, there won't be oil pressure and the light will be on.

These kids today.. no idea what idiot lights are telling you. Course, it would be nice if the damn light actually said 'pressure' and not just lo oil or some ****.

Turning the key on all lights come on breifly, just about all vehicles 2 and 4 wheel do it. It's a great way to see if your bulbs work.
