I'm not sure what Mag is thinking but if your Vision came with a trunk it is a Tour. Over the years there were four different Tour(with trunk) trim packages, but they were all Tours. When I say four I'm including the Anniversary bikes too. The Street was trunk less and only made early in the kind.
As for the lit emblem it may be hard. They have been rare for awhile, even before Victory was killed. I've seen used ones on eBay.
What exactly is broken on yours?
