They are identical. I can’t remember the year, but at some point Victory switched from a 5.0” wide rear wheel to a 5.5” wide rear wheel. They’re still interchangeable, Vegas or Kingpin. But if you want to put a 200 series tire on it fits much better on a 5.5” rim.

The Vegas came out in 2003, the Kingpin in 2004. Aside from the fenders and tail light, everything between the Pin and Vegas that’s not the forks and front wheel are interchangeable. The tank on the Vegas has a raised spline where the Kingpin is smooth, but the parts will still bolt up and interchange with some variances between years.
