Look for a tuner in your area. The big 4 for Victory are all easy of the rockies but a PCV is a PCV. If there is a good tuner near you, talk to them about doing your Vic.
Also go to the power commander website on there is a dealer listing for your areas, this listing shows those who sell them but also those that have dyno tuning capabilies.
 
So does that mean the 05 I bought won't either? Also either way for my personal growth, why would you unplug the o2 sensors?
Somewhere around the 08/09 time frame Victory started building closed loop engine controls. I may be a year or two off. Before that there was no need for an O2 sensor except for a short time to set up a fuel controller.
Why unplug the O2s on a recent model is simple. It prevents the engine going into the warm engine regime which tends to be a bit leaner. Folks trying to upgrade sometimes do that to hold them over until they can get a fuel controller to go with their other mods.
