Welcome to TheVog and to Victory @Assuage. Pay attention to whatever @Obi Steve says about a Hard-Ball. It was reading his posts and looking at his pictures that first interested me in a Hard-Ball.

Like as been posted, what issue(s) are you concerned about? What’s the mileage and the bike’s condition?

If you suffer from insomnia at times, this thread may be of interest to you:

I’ve most definitely fallen head over heels for my Hard-Ball. In the process I’ve become a huge fan of the Cross Roads line of bikes as well. Even more so, for me, than the Cross Country line. The Hard-Ball is one of the most unique bikes to ever wear the Victory logo. Amazing what paint, handlebars and wheels can do.

What a wonderful picture!

Do you have aftermarket air ride in the back?

Is it just me or does the left passenger peg look like it’s flipping us off?

Also, try the lay down license plate holder by Strokers in Dallas.

Yes, it hurts both Hp and Trq by removing the Tri Oval baffle. And no, they didn’t come that way from Cobra. I would think the droaning at constant throttle would be an issue though.
Here’s an old test by Corey at Hammered Steel that uses both stock and modified (baffles removed) Tri Ovals.

Finding Tri Oval baffles would now be quite a challenge.
