How in the heck does the factory installed GPS come off the mount? I need to update the maps. Thanks!!

There is a release button on the mount behind the GPS. Mine are on the top right corner of the mount, but I have the Garmin 590 and Garmin 595. If you have a different model, it could be in a different location.

I tried that little security screw and nothing happened. On the right side it looks like 2 little handles that should move by mine didn't .

There cover off the gps says Victory TourTech

Release button on mine circled below. When you push it the top of the bracket moves up releasing the GPS. Circled in pics 2 and 3.

After loosening the screw pull straight up on the screwed on piece . then the GPS will come towards the drivers seat.

Mine looks the same as yours, definitely not a zumo as pictured. Thought i would upload a picture but now i got to learn how to do that ad well

When you pull up, it exposes a red unlocked strip then pull the top of the Garmin towards you.

I'm having issues with pics myself. Anything I take with my new phone are too big.
