I get the required 50lbs when switched on, but it drops to zero when the pump stops???
I can only hope to live as long. Nice to see that you are still ridingThat you do, I'm 6 months away from 80 now.
Believe me when I say nobody is more surprised at that than I am.
I haven't owned or worked on a V92 but the airbox on the KP and other steel frames are like they built the bike around the damned thing.
Any way hope you are able to get some seat time real soon.
The only way to remove them is cut them out or remove the engine.I can only hope to live as long. Nice to see that you are still riding
I've had similar thoughts about my bike as well. At the very least, I think the motor has to come out before you can remove the airbox. This would be a simple job if not for the damn airbox being in the way!
You're going to love this. I just got the adapter put in, took me all of about 2 minutes. It slipped in easy as hell. I was not expecting that after what you had told me! I'm guessing it was due more to luck than skill on my part. I think the hard part will be getting the throttle body back. It took lots of wiggling to get it outThe only way to remove them is cut them out or remove the engine.
Yep' I've cut the airbox out of two and was fortunate to find a used S&S air intake filter for them both.
Rarely see a used intake for any Vic these days.
That's about the only flaw I've found on Vics.
Yes, that's what I meant was getting the throttle body mated to the spigots on the adapter. You're going to love this. I just got the adapter put in, took me all of about 2 minutes. Yeah, that makes more sense. I just got the throttle body back in. It's a royal pain getting it in. You have to have just right for it to slide in, the throttle cable bracket hangs up on everything! It took me a while, but glad its back in now. I'll finish it up probably tomorrow, I'm spent for today.Yes, that's what I meant was getting the throttle body mated to the spigots on the adapter.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, but I have no idea how to do it, or who can do it for meMaybe a smoke test will reveal the leak?
Maybe one of these guys can help. 😂Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, but I have no idea how to do it, or who can do it for me
Yep, all that has been done.Throttle body clean? 2 vacuum caps on throttle body in good shape? I’ve had to replace those 2 caps twice now.
There are some pretty good videos on how to do it.Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, but I have no idea how to do it, or who can do it for me
