Any other riders from Ottawa, Ontario? Would like to meet up with some other proud victory owners for a tour around the Gats or Calabogie area.

There are a few of us in the Belleville area that I'm sure we could make a "head for the capital" run some weekend over the summer. We could prbbly bring the women andyou could guide us to the "market" for a patio dinner. Are the Gatineau Hills still open to public traffic or has it been closed off and only bicycle traffic allowed?

Sounds like a good ride and would love to join in but can't make it this time. We did do a VOG ride there a couple of years ago with the mayor OT, and a few others from Ontario as well as a bunch of Vic riders from Montreal area.
I frequently visit the Ottawa area as I have a son in Spencerville, wonderful area to ride.

Anytime you're in town just give me a heads up and I'll show you around town. Good ride in the gats or out to Calabogie followed by a cold beer in the market. Yup, Gatineau park is still open for motorists. It's busy though with lots of traffic, cars and bicycles. Another good ride is out to Lac Simon, long but a sweet ride.

Any luck at pulling anyone out of the woodwork??? There has got to be a good number of Vics on the road up there by now!!I haven't been to the "capital" lately and GearHead was the Vic dealer when last I was up there. How are the guyz to deal with at the new dealership??

Impressive series by your Sens!!Dont know if you are a hockey fan or not??? What am I saying?? Youre Canadian.....Im a B's fan......Whoever draws them in the next round will have their hands full

Meh, they are ok. Its a small dealership, lots of other brands, not much on the show room. Service is good though, had my battery replaced there, was a warranty job, and the remap done. I like the service department, the sales i could care less about. I didn't buy mine there, i went to Montreal, bigger dealer, better deals

yup, was a pretty intense, if not dramatic series with Montreal. By B's, im assuming you mean Boston? They are big and tough. Likely we'll be facing Pittsburg. I don't like our odds, although the way the islanders are handling them, we might have a chance yet lol.

If anything is organized to go to Calabogie I might be interested if I can fit it in.Maybe a group of Victorys should go to one of the local cruise nights.Capital City Speedway is going to have drags on Friday nights and some Saturdays, not too far away and not expensive,only$8 to spectate and $25 to run your bike.Thereare lots of things to go to if you can get people to go to them. The NOBSvintage bike show in Ladysmith is good and is a nice area to ride in. I think I saw two Vics there last year. The Bikers Reunion in New Liskeard is worth going to.I enjoy it better than Lake George and there is less chance of having cold weather, plus you don't have to listen to the people at the border.
