I JUST PURCHESED A 2007 KINGPIN TOUR. THE DEALER DIDN'T FILL THE OIL.(I THOUGHT IT WAS FILLED) THE BIKE STALLED OUT & THE OIL LIGHT STAYED ON. MY BUDDY BROUGHT OVER A COUPLE QT'S OF 20 W 50 JUST TO SEE IF WE CAN GET THE BIKE STARED AGAIN. & IT HASN'T . I PLAN ON CHANGING THE OIL AGAIN TO 20W40. DO YOU THINK I SIEZED THE ENGINE OR DOES VICTORY HAVE A SAFE GAURD AGAINST THAT FROM HAPPENING?

When you say "It doesn't start", what exactly do you mean?? Does the engine turn over when you press the starter but doesn't fire up and run? Or do you mean when you press the starter button the engine just sits there and nothing happens?
How far did you ride it before you noticed that there was no oil in it?
Did the engine get hot?
We need a bit more information.

That's the dealers problem not yours. You should have taken it back immediately and not filled it with oil... Now there's oil in it, which means if they are shady enough, they may claim there was always oil in it, leaving you with a wrecked engine.

You have left a lot of information out and my scoot displays the the same thing until it starts and there is oil pressure (running). If it is seized, well game over. If it is turning over, then another issue and don't overfill.

We here for Ya, but more data please...

SHE MAKES A GRINDING SOUND WHEN I TURN HER ON WHEN THE FUEL IS TRYING TO GET TO THE INJECTOR. WHEN I PRESS THE STARTER SHE JUST SITS & NOTHING HAPPENS NO HORN & LIGHTS ARE VERY DIM.
ABOUT 7 MILES BEFORE THE OIL LIGHT WENT ON THEN SHE STALLED AT A LIGHT. THEN TEMPERATURE WAS ABOUT 350

Did you check the oil while the bike was straight up or while it was on the sidestand? If the bike is not straight up it will read low. It is very likely that you have battery connection problems or starter problems. Were you trying to start in neutral, or in gear with the clutch pulled in? We need more information.

350 is very hot and you could be in big trouble. First off check clean and tighten battery connections. For what ever reason Victories are fussy about having good tight battery connections. I would be going back to the dealer even though it's a 07 if they sent it out ready to ride and you went 7 miles I'd be wanting my money back. The Freedom engine is very tough but nothing will run without oil. The oil level is to be checked with bike standing upright not on the side stand.
Next with the bike in 2nd gear try rocking it with the clutch out and see if you can turn the engine over. If it will turn in this manor it's not siezed. Good luck hopefully it's battery connections.

BOTH STRAIGHT UP & ON THE SIDESTAND. . I THINK I MIGHT OF TRIED TO START WHILE IN GEAR WITH THE CLUTCH OUT(NOT 100% SURE) WHEN IT FIRST STALLED OUT. THEN I WAS IN NEUTRAL

SINCE I GOT THE BIKE ABOUT 500 MILES

Do your own pre- ride check on any bike you ride. Tire pressure and condition ,belt, oil, brakes, clutch cable ends. Give her a once over and make sure nothing is off. After saying that, I find I'm checking the oil when I gas up in truth, the stick is hard to open on my bike. (Billet gage stick is slippery). Too late for this bike but your own eyes are best. 500 miles is a lot with low oil. No oil and that engine would not have lasted 500 miles but it could have gotten hot enough to boil some oil off if low enough. There should be a neutral/ clutch safety to stop you from starting it in gear without the clutch pulled. How ever if that has been some how bypassed you could have a stripped clutch on the starter or a seized motor with very low oil. Does the starter spin but not turn over the motor or not spin but pull down the battery. I hope it's not the engine. how many miles total on the bike? Did the dealer give you any kind of warranty or as is purchase?

Did the oil light come on when the bike was running or after it quit?? Oil light is always on when key is on and not running. Have you physically checked the oil on the dipstick with the bike sitting straight up???

350, I cannot believe she got that hot and what gauge reads that high? I haven't seen any... There would not have been any oil to touch the stick if it was out. You need a mechanic, to resolve as there is a lot of reading into, going on. Hate it when I do that...

IT HAPPENED ON SUNDAY THEY WERE CLOSED ( CLOSED SUNDAY & MONDAY) & I'M OUT OF TOWN NOW
I'LL BE BACK FRIDAY NIGHT
Gotcha. That clears things up a lot. I hope it's covered for you by the dealer for any damages that may have occurred. It's no fun having something broken that was caused by someone else... Or even yourself I guess haha.
