Hello everyone, new to the forum here, have a 12 xr hardball. I’ve left it pretty much stock since purchased new. I’m in the north east and would like to know some of the best places to get the work done. I know I’m right in lloydz back yard, but I’ve read a lot of good things about the Maximus tuner or pcv and unsure if lloydz will run those tuners or only their fuel controllers. I have a set of slip ons, lloydz filter and the crappy stage 1 flash, but am looking to get cams and a tuner done to really open it up some. Any suggestions on cams, and tuners that are preferred and shops would be greatly appreciated
I should add I’ve owned my hardball since new, dealer holdover that I basically got at cost +500 and it was the best decision I’ve ever made with bikes. The cost of the upgrades is semi irrelevant to me as I was going to purchase a 13 road king in 2013 and instead saved 12k in my initial investment going with the xr, so to keep up with the new bikes investing another 5k still puts me at more power and way better handling than even 30k gets you today with a new bike
