Aloha Everyone,

My name is Andy Bumatai. I ride a 2012 Victory Cross Country. I produce and host two TV shows in prime time here in Hawai‘i. On one of them, "Toolin' Around", I do quite a bit of motorcycle stuff. You can check it you on my YouTube channel http://YouTube.com/AndyBumatai if you don't happen to live in Hawai‘i.

I am also the spokesman for Montgomery PowerSports Hawai‘i's Victory/Indian/Suzuki/Polaris dealership and will be helping to organize motorcyle runs, activiites and workshops for the shop.

I'm still getting my "sea legs" here on TheVog but really like what I've seen so far.

Mahalo,
Andy

Hi Andy. Welcome to the VOG.

SirPoonga on youtube. I have been watching your channel from the beginning. Love it. It's nice seeing a motovlog that isn't a dirt bike or crotch rocket. Nothing wrong with those. It doesn't matter what you ride. But one gets bored watching vlogs that are nothing but wheelies and screaming after awhile.

I loved your "first Indian on Hawaii" video.
SirP,

I am honored. Thanks so much. This Saturday I hope to be riding the Indian Vintage of my show. I must admit after spending time with all three Indians I still prefer my Vic XC. Love the modern styling.

Thanks agian my friend,
Andy

Andy, since you are here now, I wanted to ask you a question. Is that your XC? Because the first couple of videos you did with it the way you talk about the bike implies it is promotional bike. But then the latest videos I am starting to see some customizations on it. Just curious.
SirP,

You are very astute... Yes, the bike belongs to Montgomery PowerSports and I used it for my show and MotoVlogs in for the promotional value to them. They liked what they saw and have hired me as their "spokesperson" and I have decided to buy the bike. In the last 30 years I have on endorsed 4 products. Mazda cars, I drove one, BurgerKing, back when I ate that kind of food, Harley Davidson, I rode a Road King at the time and know Montogomery PowerSprorts. It is in my agreement with them that, in my show, I will be doing segments on bike brands they DO NOT sell.

...and I haven't made any changes to the bike. Other than the mirrow and exhaust tips I think it bone stock. It's a 2012 with barely 4000 miles.

Welcome Andy from one more Ohio rider.I'm located in Campbell, Ohio about 5 minutes from the Pa. border. Was out there 4 years ago for vacation and for our honeymoon in 78. Rented a Harley for the day in Oahu the last time there. Met up with a guy who was in the Navy who had Ohio ties and he showed us around the island. Would like to come back and visit again. Will check out your sites.

Oh yeah, best way to see the island. Thanks for checking out my YouTube channel. I appreciate it.

Welcome to the vog from Witchdoctors.com. We would love to have a dealer in Hawaii. Let me know if you need some giveaways for any of your activities.
Wow! What's involved in being a dealer. Could I do it and sell to other shops? ...or maybe Montgomery PowerSports is the dealer if I can't afford it. Love your 'how to" vids. Let me know. I'm Andy@Bumatai.com if you'd rather take this to email. Thanks, Andy

welcome to the Vog, Andy... I am from Kauai, born and raised, then left there 5 years ago and moved to South Dakota. Hawaii is super, but I enjoy the miles of roads here to ride on. Maybe some day you will take the trip to Sturgis. We are always open to having some Hawaii people in our Hale...

Alright, sounds good? Do you have a power commander on your bike?
I bike is bone stock except for exhaust tips and mirrors. I've been using the bike to promote Montgomery PowerSports up till now but we are inking a deal that makes me their offical spokes person and I will be buying the bike the bike from them. Everying is going through the process as we speak.

BTW, found out the the Vet's run cost 25 bucks per bike. Also, going to try and see if all the Vic riders and meet somewhere and show up to the run as a group. Stay tuned.
