I met a couple, in their 70's, that just love there's. Nice looking ride, I'm just too short for it. We're gonna do a 400 mile circle come May. They go all over the place. 8+ hr days. Looking forward to seeing this video.

Full disclosure, this is my opinion based on very real, true facts. For that kinda money I could buy a really nicely upgraded dual sport, add a trailer hitch to my xct, buy a trailer and everything needed to haul the dual sport behind the xct. The adv bikes aren’t my can of beer, they aren’t capable of actually adventuring much off a dirt road ( obisteve rides his highball on worse roads than most adv guys will ever see ) adv bikes aren’t much good for traveling highways, biways, back country roads, state highways or county roads Only place they make any sense is on groomed township roads ( roads obisteve would call so smooth they’re like being paved ) they’re top heavy, the bikes and accessories needed so you don’t destroy it when it falls over are extremely overpriced. They are mostly only a viable option outside the US where they hate any sounds above a whisper. With anything, a very few exceptions apply, such as, you like it and it is your money, was won as a prize or was free, you only putter around county / township / gravel / dirt roads & sometimes go through a field or on a well groomed gas pipeline road & its the only bike that’ll allow you to continue your 2 wheeled career. Maybe would be ok out west on flat grounded B type roads, they are not great on the roads nor are great off road, if you do a 50/50 mix of dirt roads and county type roads they are a viable option but they suck on both. Just in case I’ve not been clear, I H8 adv bikes because they are terrible for most any normal riding. Save yourself an a$$load of money and buy a street bike for the street & buy a dirt bike for the dirt, real adventuring requires a machine that can fall off a cliff and still be ridden home, real off road machine do not require a call to your insurance company because your bike got scratched nor do they need cages to keep the bikes engine / radiators safe from falling over or two people to pick it back up Goddamn millennial, gender neutral, pussy types are ruining the world. Buy a 2 stroke, try & be man / woman enough to run the $hit outta it and be happy!!!!
