yeah, get another pair of eyes maybe, someone follow the lines and someone pumping the brake pedal. Does it have ABS? Does it have any pad left on the calipers? Couple things I can think of: air in the line, leak in the line, damaged seal on reservoir, bleeder not tight, low fluid or really really old fluid, master piston damaged or not connected properly, caliper cylinders really dirty, no brake pads left, floating rotor really floating now (joking but maybe not). You should probably lubricate the guide pins if you take the caliper off/apart. If not properly lubed, one side might move while the other doesn't wearing one pad but not the other and reducing braking power.
