Honestly, your best bet would be to reach out to @crosscountryla and talk to him about reworking your pipes. He's done a bunch of bikes on the forum including mine. Could not be happier with the work Dave did.

But, to your original question, I'm sure someone will give you a more specific answer.

Second getting ahold of Dave @crosscountryla he’s the man with victory exhaust. Love that white

Don’t drill holes in your exhaust. It won’t get the note or anything you think it will. It will also ruin the pipe itself and then can’t be reworked properly.

a 3rd vote for CCLA and his Ragin Cajun exhausts. He is THE MAN when it comes to building a set of pipes that will be tailored to you and your riding style.

What is the average price to get the pipes reworked? I'd love my bike to sound a little better without the muffled vacuum cleaner sound. A little extra performance wouldn't hurt either.

Reach out to Dave aka @crosscountryla for pricing. All I can say is my pipes sound outstanding.

Contact @crosscountryla and ask directly. Be prepared to answer direct questions about your current mods, possible future mods and the specific sound you’re looking for.

No one, no, not one, does a better job on modifying your Victory stock mufflers than Dave.

They’ll sound better and cost less than you think.

Thanks guys! Will definitely reach out to Dave in the near future. I still have my Jackpot to ride, so I think I can handle the Cross Country being down for a little while to get the pipes reworked.

Thanks I look into that.
P.S. The picture don’t do you know Justice for the white it’s got a pearl color.

I see there’s a lot of discussion about drilling holes in the exhaust . My question is, would it be better to pull the baffle out and cut the baffle in half and put the baffle back in. And is there anything else I’d have to do today if I decide to go that way
You bought the best of the best. That gloss pearl white beauty (MyTee WhyTee) was a one year only special. I have the same bike and at 98,900 miles, it’s still perfect.

Having @crosscountryla transform your OEM mufflers into his Medium Low & Throaty could be ‘the ticket’. It depends a bit on what mods your CCT beauty has.

Greetings,
Very reasonable. Dave does outstanding work and charges a very fair and reasonable price. I had his Deep and Throaty's on my Vision. Now his DDT (Double Deep Thumper) with adjustable lolli-pops, He nailed the sound I wanted both times.

Call and talk to him, all it will cost you is your time.

Ride safe,
Smokier

Thanks buddy! I like the idea of the adjustable lollipops. Might be leaning that way
