You guys are missing a golden opportunity to 'test' your significant other's suction ability.. we've all heard ppl claim their gf can suck a golf ball through a garden hose.. but how fast can she suck 4 1/2 qts of oil outta your drain pan? This could be an olympic event.. and you get to keep the time honored tradition of drinking beer watching while changing the oil!

I love when people get all twisted up when someone does something different than they do on their bikes... just about the most individual thing you can do is own and operate a motorcycle.. yet everyone gets damp panties when someone has the temerity to change their oil some other way than they use. 
Personally I'm waaay to lazy to rig up something like that to suck the oil out.. but I can see where it could be pretty nice to have it all nice and neat like that. I"m a kluzty fuq and half of what I try to put from the oil pan back into the jug ends up on my driveway, so it'd be nice to have the oil all in one container that I could take to the parts store for them to dispose of. Not mention, I'm notorious for dropping the Q@%#@%@$##$#@! crush washer into the oil pan too.. damn thing ends up sticking to the case half the time when I pull the drain plug.. then falling conveniently after the oil start gushing.

You go man... you think Elon musk gave a damn when he said he was going to sell glorfied golf carts to people for a lot of money? Or land rockets on their tail like they did in old time sci-fi movies? Or shoot ppl around inside glorified vaccuum tubes like they do at the bank? NOPE!

ACtually, the 'poor mans' version doesn't have the oil go through anything except a hose.. you use the suction from a shop vac and just have the oil dump into an intermediate container... which can then directly be used to go to a reclamation point to get rid of the oil. That to me seems to be the cleanest and best way to suck oil.
