Howdy. I'm currently on a Yamaha VStar 1300 Tourer and want to upgrade.

A dealer in the area has a 2012 Cross Country Tour with about 32,200 miles. It has the heated seat & grips, and new tires. They describe it as very well cared for and maintained.

If it has been well maintained, is the mileage a non-issue?

Also, their price is $14,499. Is that reasonable?

I bought a 2013 CCT in Dec 2013 new for 18,499. I know I got a great deal, but sometimes if you look around you can find a great deal.
I have around 27,000 miles on my bike and have had no mechanical issues at all. There are lots of guys well over 50,000 on their bikes on here as well.
I used to have a Yamaha V Star as well and the ride is definitely an upgrade.

Once you buy one, I'm sure you will love it as any maintenance you have to do is pretty easy as well.
