Fixed the top end rattle on my 2015 Magnum today. Replaced the intake and exhaust rocker arms and shafts. Nice and quiet again!!! Wasnt too hard either.
1- remove seat and gas tank
2- remove valve cover
3- remove sparkplugs
4- turn motor over with starter to top dead center
5- remove timing chain tensioner
6- remove rocker arm shaft screws
7- remove 4 head bolts
8- lift cam assembly enought to slide shafts and rockers out
9- install new rockers and shafts and screws
10- tighten head bolts
11- replace tensioner
12- install valve cover
13- install fuel tank and seat
Was easier than I thought it would be. Runs great again!!
