The couple who owned Nick's BMW in DePere have retired and sold their dealership and property to a new owner. The new owner has received a building permit for a 12,000 square foot expansion, will continue to sell BMW, and is adding Victory and Indian to the dealership.
The new name is "Tytler's", which does not ring a bell with me.
This will be the second Indian dealership in Wiscosnin, the first being Englehardt's in Madison. Indian is looking for a Milwaukee area dealership, but so far haven't found anyone willing to pay the franchise fee and then remodel their shop to meet the Indian requirements.

I know Cedar Creek/Action/Fuel will likely be the first people in the Milwaukee area to pickup Indians. Problem is none of them have the room needed without relocating which is why the pause. It's one thing to add on but if you a good location for traffic which those 3 stores have moving isn't exactly an ideal thought.
After 15 years there still isn't a Victory dealer in Milwaukee prime which I find kind of surprising but Waukesha is close enough I guess.

Gossamer,
The people who own CC/Action/Fuel are balking at the price Indian wants for a dealership. It was originally $600,000 and a remodeled showroom that was Indian only, with it's own front door etc. The price is now down to $300,000, but with the same requirements as before. If any of the area HD dealers could take on the Indian brand, I'd guess that Wisconsin HD in Oconomowoc would have room. Otherwise, Schlossman has the space and the capital to add an Indian franchise to its BMW store.
