2015 Hammer--
I have about 370 miles on her and the clutch lever has started rattling pretty good. Is this normal and can it be fixed at the 500 mile checkup?

Take the lever off and lube the pivot point with some grease. It wont make it completely quiet but it helps. Yes it is normal and a good sign that the cable is adjusted properly.

Agree with the previous answer. My Vegas has 2000 miles on it and I noticed the same thing. Took it apart and re-lubed everything. Didn't completely go away but it helped with the noise. It's tolerable now.

I use Moly Fortified Grease but any type of nice slick chassis or bearing grease will work for the barrel ends as well as the pivot bushings. Whatever you do, do not lube the cable...just the barrel ends.
