I have a tendency of periodically scraping a footpeg on turns on my 2013 Judge. Has anyone raised their Judge? If so, how and how does it rider afterwards? Is this common among cruisers?
Supposedly, Vic makes a 1" longer optional shock. Progressive Suspension also sells a full length shock for it here:

Chasing Harley's tail, Victory has replaced the good suspensions that the steel frame cruisers used to come with, with lowered versions that the posing constituency of our beloved hobby seem to prefer to gaze at. You wanna ride your bike, pony up some cash to make it right...

My Judge scraped early, too. Don't try and raise it and throw the geometry alll off. It's the footpegs. Just raise them a bit. Some guys have put the Vegas ones on and no more scraping....and your feet are a little more in front of you.

Great bike. I missmine all the time.
Vic makes a 1" taller shock for it. It's the shock all their cruisers used to come with before they started putting these lowered, oversprung shocks on everything so everyone can waddle about at stop signs. The longer shock won't do anything but give it more ground clearance, a more plush ride, and maybe quicken the steering a bit.

the shock and ride height are not the problem
I don't think anyone who has ridden a Judge and a XR has any delusions, but that the XR has a lot more cornering clearance. Now look at the pics below. Notice how high the bottom of the frame sits on the XR compared to the Judge. Probably nearly an inch taller.

, get a shorter foot peg,
Or just remove the curb feelers.

raise the ones you have, or spend about 30 minutes checking your supension, sag and compression, raising the back of the bike up an inch isn't going to stop you from dragging pegs
Probably not, but it will increase clearance some. Just go look at Harleys spec page. The Fatboy and the Fatboy Lo are the same bike only the Fatboy Lo has a lowered suspension and lost a couple degrees of lean angle.

, oh and buy a GoPro, cause that is gonna be some cool video when you plow the front and run wide on the exit.
Raising the rear or dropping the front quickens a bike's steering making it less likely to understeer.

i drag my pegs all the time, on my 4th set of peg feelers at 32,000kms.. the problem is i rode sport bikes & enduro's my whole life & haven't bothered to adjust my riding style. the Judge is more of a "point & shoot" tool than canyon carver, if the scraping scares you adjust to point & shoot if not the feelers are cheep! lol
This pointing and shooting would require even more ground clearance. I presume you are saying rather than run around the trajectory of a curve, turn it into a V, where you brake hard, turn abruptly in the opposite direction. While riding the trajectory may keep you in the lean longer, the point and shoot will require a greater lean angle.

The judge was never advertised as a canyon carver
Funny, I seem to remember Vic using this in their ad. In fact, I believe they made a whole video of it.

Maybe you need to check your riding habits and learn the limitations of the judge and adjust your riding habits and stop whining about victory trying to copy Harley.
1. The only habit one could "check" is to ride slower.

2. Victory used to put things like inverted cartridge forks and standard height shocks on their steel framed bikes. Granted, even then they didn't have the clearance of a Cross bike, but they were better and more comfortable. More recently, they chose to use cheaper and lowered components that closely match the offerings of their Harley competition. Sorry, that's not whining it's a fact.

I just don't understand why everyone thinks they have to run into a curve balls out and then wonder why they drug the **** out the exhaust or pegs or any hard part. Then that person wants to blame the bike for their bad riding habits.
IOW, a Judge is great if I ride it slowly. Look, if it works for you great. It's not a bad bike, just that could have been or be made better. This is a motorcycle forum where people discuss such things. Don't take it personally.
