Being a little selfish, but I wish Mark Blackwell hadn't retired. He was a driving force for Victory. When he left there wasn't much more work done on victory other than Octane. Polaris pretty much stopped improving at least the touring bikes, which could be a world class leader, when Mr. Blackwell left. Then after little updates to their bikes, Polaris has the nerve to blame its customers for flat sales. I personally hawked the victory brand to anybody who would listen. For me, riding two up and touring, there is still nothing to compete with the XCT for ride, power, handling, styling, reliability, and luggage capacity. Too bad they chose not to continue to refine.
