I'm a new member here and I've been riding for close to 50 years. Just bought a 2008 Victory Vision tour and my wife was not comfortable at all on the back because her feet wouldn't reach the footboards and her back wouldn't be able to lean against the Tour pack. I had some inch and a quarter thick wood around so traced a pattern cut it out with my circular saw and used a table top 1 in wide sander to shape it around. Right now to check the fit I used black duct tape and we went for a nice extended ride today and everything was perfect! I used some foam covered up for the seat rest for her but I have some memory foam I'm going to cut it out of tomorrow and cover it. Happy wife happy life

Good backyard ingenuity! There were floorboard risers as an accessory that solved that issue. Made of aluminum and quite durable. Also still allowed the boards to flip up. You could possibly find a set, but are pretty rare these days (like most Vic accessories).

keep an eye on eBay and other marketplaces for them.

Howdy! and welcome!

I have seen others do similar. My wife is 5-1 as well. I have been on Visions long enough though; I was able to get the actual risers that used to be available. I joke that the specialty items I have on my Visions are worth far more than the bikes themselves. I have a set of risers on both, lowers on both, a headlight shield on both, Hatch pegs on both, a dash bag on both, and I am sure a few other things. Overall, it is sad. The Vision is a wonderful bike but just has never gotten the respect it should. The price you can buy one now days is criminal.

Welcome from Southern Oregon, ride safe and have fun.

Here's a link.

These guys made some floor board risers for me several years ago 3.5". However I see on the product description they make 2" only. As I recall there was some trial and error on my special request.
My wife is 4'10. She's our local midget wrestling champ 🏆 🤠

I had the Vic risers on my 08 Vision. They were perfect. When I bought my 15 Vision in 2019, I tried to find some everywhere to no avail. My wife is 5’ so she could sure use them

Here’s a left one. At least it looks like it. Idk for sure. :) Didn’t see it’s mate though.

there seem to be about 2 or 3 of them for the left side (if they are the risers), but didn’t see any for the right side. Maybe are universal and can be used on either side? @VicVisionBulldog what is your expert opinion? You have 2 sets, yes?
