I currently have a 2012XC and recently went out and drove an identical bike while mine was being serviced and really noticed the response difference in gears 1-4 and it wasn't too loud (I have no desire to sound like an HD...)...just curious who else has made the change and their opinion on performance/torgue differences/mileage/etc.....I watched some videos on line with the RPW option and those pipes are too loud as I'm not trying to wake up the neighborhood. Plus any feedback on folks who live in warmer climates (I'm in central Florida) on their experiences with the CB lower deflectors? I noticed Baker Air Wings but have not seen any posts on those.... Regarding the KewlMetal winglets....with my CeeBaileys Cee Dragon and their lower deflectors do the winglets really add anything? I really don't want to take away from the engine guard or drill holes (though 3M tape may work).... thanks Doug

I have the cee bailey lowers, the cee baily 16" dragon and the kewlmetal winglets and it has made a world of differance in the buffeting. I will probably leave my summer lowers on year round.I love the new set up. P.S. I have the D&D exhaust and really like the sound of those as well.

I have the Vic tall w/shield, the cee bailey flectors and the kewlmetal winglets and I really think it's the hot set-up for wind management! I also have the D&D's and love them but they are a bit loud. I had the stage 1 pipes and they are much more subdued.
