I don't see an acknoledgment on the board yet so I'm taking the liberty.
One Thumb did it again. He organized and lead the Thunder Above The Falls - Ride for us and it was a hit with all who were able to participate. My wife and Imade the six hourtrip souththe day before so we could join the group for the ride and we'd do it again in a heart beat. We missed the ride in August due to tornadoes and heavy rainso nothing was going to stop us this time and fortunately the weather was perfect.I don't think anyone could have picked out a better route through that part of the province but something tells me he is already thinking up ways to impress us even more in the future.
I would post pictures but guess who forgot his camera at home. It's not like I didn't have room to pack it because we pulled the trailerto Burlington so I could haul back somethingsI needed to pick up at Peak Power Sports. I'm hoping those riders whothought to bring their camers will post photos so I can copy them.
It was a real treat to ride down the highway and look around at the other bikes we were with and see that they were Victory motorcycles. Thatwas a completely new experience for us. So that's what a Vision looks like when it's driving down the highway.
I couldn't say enough about the people we met so I won't get started because the thread would be too long to read,I'll just say what a great bunch of people and we hope to be able to ride again with everyone we met. We are so looking forward to next summer already.
Thanks One Thumb, you da man.
Every ride is a good ride, this one was a dry ride and it was deffinately a bonus. Nepper.
