I’m running Ultra 1Plus semi synthetic 10W-40 in the Winter and Ultra 1Plus semi synthetic 20W-50 in the Summer. Both formulated specifically for wet clutch motorcycles so they’re fully JASO MA/2 compliant. Works perfectly and it’s readily available from Amazon directly from the company. This is in my Hard-Ball.

The CCT will continue with the Vic oil it’s (mostly) been using for the last 99,500 miles.

@Chattanooga_Mark, I have the Ultra 1Plus in my cart on Amazon, How do you like it? I am currently running Spectro Golden 4 but it is getting expensive. I am also looking into the Castrol semi synthetic for the XCT as well.

Good to see you got yours. I'm only a couple hundred miles from having to change the oil on my Vision again. I'd prefer the keep Spectro in her, it withstands the straight cut gears very well.

Hopefully it shows up by Friday.

I was getting worried after two weeks of no communication. I guess there automatic shipping email is down. I called three days straight multiple times and I was on hold for 30 min each time. I would leave a call back number but no one was returning my calls. Finally before I was going to cancel my order a rep answered and go me the info that it had shipped.

I thought I was going to have to have @VicVisionBulldog put out an APB on my spectro order from Chaparral, however it just showed up today. $137 for the case so approximately $10.99 for a liter...best price out there right now. On a different note, if you use full synthetic do you have to continue to use that or can you can you switch back to semi-synthetic?

@slickvic, well if I can't get ahold of anyone at Chaparral for my spectro order then I will have to cancel and maybe try going with that Castrol Oil. Or I was interested in the Motul..what and were do you get that?

Well on the 23rd I ordered 12 bottles for Chaparral and the order was confirmed but has not shipped as of today. I tried to call multiple times today on the order and was on hold for 30 minutes every time I called. I never did talk to anyone. Will try tomorrow in the AM. On a side not I bought a case from the performance oil store the day before I ordered here and never received it. I called about a week later after making this purchase and the owner actually answered and told me he had no product and was going out of business. He said his system would not let him issue a refund so I am glad I called him, he was nice enough and said if my CC would not refund the purchase he would send me a check. I thanked him and told him sorry about your business..... now just waiting on Chaparral to deliver.
