Taking mine in tomorrow as well, I am at 2500 or so miles and it's getting pretty bad.

Wow, we all got our bikes at the same place. I wish they had ordered my starter for me, I talked to them about it but last week turned stupid busy on me. I really need to get it up there, tonight was the first time it just refused to start for me so I'll definitely make the time now.

Hey, did any of you have problems with the dealership because of aftermarket parts? Just wondering if they will say something about my exhaust, intake, fuel control.

That's good to hear, I have an appointment Saturday to get the work done. Finally I won't have to fight to get this thing started. Too bad the weather is about to turn bad again.

Just got my starter done. The guys at freedom were great, they had a blast with my exhaust, they seemed to love it. Bike starts the right way now every time so far.

I had them order it a week ago, the job only took a little over an hour and I rode the rest of the day with no issues.

I agree, it's most definitely the starter. I'm surprised your dealer hasn't come across any others yet. They should know what the deal is.

Well, i just passed over the 5k mile mark today and also the replacement starter quit working. I had to push start it two times since the first time taking it home wasn't an option. Lets hope the dealer will be good about it this time too but who knows. Ill call tomorrow and see what i can get done.
