Having same issues with starter now. Service guys at dealer are being real dicks. They require me to come to dealer for diagnosis before ordering starter, which causes 2 trips. Polaris is no help, called customer service and they to are acting like dicks. Is this what the future looks like for any Victory service or lack thereof? I am being treated as if I did just bought a used POS car.

2edgesword you are right. Listening to rants on this forum, I decided to be a ball breaker and demand that it was a starter issue. Dealer was right in this case: just had fuel pump replaced under warranty.
So, when bike doesn't start and the starter cranks it's another issue, in this case it was the fuel pump.
Mostly problem was more noticable when hot
