All you need to do copy the link then click on the link symbol then paste your link in the box you can also just type it in if you want. The link symbol is to the right of the A in the bar above were you are writing your post.
By doing it this way people will be able to easily go to the link. If you just type it in most of us won't take the time as most links are too long to remember and if you are using a smart phone it's becomes difficult
