I think I found my next Bike? A Kawasaki 2019 Versys 1000. My time on the Vision has been nothing but a great learning experience. Easy to work on, takes mods nicely and a very nice balance of comfort and touring, with a touch of performance with a few mods. I cant recommend it enough. Those who are concerned about the weight, don't worry. I am 67" and break 180 pounds and can toss it around.

After waiting and waiting finally the Versys 1000 has enough changes to real me in. Thanks to all the Vog members for the great posts and of course humor. I will Visit from time to time, I still have at least until the snow hits to enjoy the Vision before storage. Then Sale over the fall or early spring.

Indian FTR 1200 you can suck it. well Kinda, no ill toward Indian,

I know how you feel CrazyDiavelRide. I harbor the same feeling toward Indian as most other Victory owners. Once you are betrayed it's impossible to forget. Polaris will never get another cent of my money. Japanese products are well engineered and perform. And those (Japanese) companies are in it for the long haul. They focus on the long game, unlike American manufacturers who seem to live and die by the next quarter. No Harley tax, no Polaris. For me the shine of buying American is gone.

Sadly, I agree. I'm not going to lie, part of the reason I bought the Vision was because it was made in America. But that sentiment is gone now. It's obvious they could care less about us so I don't care about them anymore. My last bike purchase was British and if there is a next, it will most likely be either Japanese, Austrian or Italian. Harley doesn't have anything that moves me enough to pay the prices they are asking, Arch Motorcycles can go f*ck right off with their overpriced wonder, Motus is gone and Polaris can flat out kiss my @ss. You couldn't give me an Indian.

The only American bike I would consider at this point is another Vic. And I'm not doing that either. So there you go.
