Ok I have searched and other than people feeling little or no heat, I found nothing on this. The bike is 2016 CCT and had 1042 miles when I picked it up. I have a Vision so know how well the heated seats can be. I was riding the other day and was not getting any heat in the drives seat. After playing around with all kinds of combination of the switches I figured out that the passenger switch either controls the divers or both. I will confirm this when I have my passage no the bike this weekend. I took off the seat and the connection is pretty simple so can't see that things got connected wrong. Has anyone had a similar issue where the controls were not working as shown in the manual. (yes I did look there 1st).

Question, when u put the passenger switch up (high heat), is it giving you the high heat or low heat setting? Is the front switch controlling the passenger seat and is up giving u high heat? Because it just might be the two switches need to be backed out and reinstalled properly. There are 2 screws under the seat to access the rear of the switches. Good luck
