Well my Touring Seat has arrived from the USA (via AR Harley in Blackpool) and I think it looks rather good (although the original looks neater but needs must):

Only put it on last night, so not had a chance to check comfort but will let you know when I do.

It should be noted, and I tried to find this info out for weeks but could not find any pictures from behind, it does NOT have a rear backrest slot like the Hammer version. This was implied in the specs but not definitively stated, so I am not too upset - it would have been nice. Now to look into Backrest/Luggage Rack options.

Well how did you like it?
Well I have not done too many miles with it but I like it. It is a little bit more 'scalloped' than the original, so you feel even lower but it does not seem to affect the amount of support and padding for the rider. My GF says the pillion seat is still a little bit small for her and is slippery (I think she has been spoilt by the Cali) but it is comfortable. When the panniers are attached, having her legs over them seems to hold her in position better - so the backrest might not be needed.
I am glad I bought it but I would revert to the original, if I knew no-one was going to go on pillion, as the bike definitely looks better. It is a good compromise.
