I'm planning on doing a few mods to my new (to me) XR Classic.
Nothing too outlandish, just some of the minor basics I can do myself.
I got the Lloyd timing wheel and 1/4 throttle, and was planning on getting the air filter and unplugging the O2s.
Do I need to also have the fuel controller or power commander?
I bought the bike with Stage 1 tri-ovals.
Haven't taken the tank off but we'll assume there is the Vic performance air filter under there.
Any insight is much appreciated.
