It's worthy of a quality finish. It's a good looking and well made part. Top notch IMHO. Whenever you start producing them for revenue, count me in.

Yes. Two things are making me very happy.

1. The results. With just a little tweaking and maybe a cheese wedge deflector, we might be able to kill the upflow blast!

2. No one is complaining about the quality control of my hand bent, hand beaten metal!!!

I will be ordering one soon. I intend to get a paypal account set up this weekend.

I imagine it would be futile patenting a deflector as a small change in design would allow someone to go around the expensive patent. Instead I choose to buy both units from the local guys here and Kuryakyn can go pound sand at double the price!

The idea is what gets the patent, not the design. A small design change is still patent infringement. He can still get a patent on it because he has a record right here on the Vog to prove when he started. Same as mailing yourself a letter.

I installed the CFAD last Thursday and have put on a few hundred miles at various speeds and in different wind conditions. I like it. At the speeds that weren't cured by the Madstad,, the CFAD performed. 50-60 and above 80 I used to get severe buffeting with a helmet on. It's mostly gone now. I declare the CFAD BAD-ASS.

So how's the stereo sound now?
Many say they hear the stereo much clearer after....

I rarely use it. I have a SENA on my helmet.
